- 8 hours course with flexible scheduling options
- 3 year certification in Occupational First Aid Level 1
- Includes CPR Level A (CPR information is enhanced to meet specific workplace needs)
- Course content concentrates mostly on emergency situations that can occur in an indoor work environment, e.g. office (focuses on sudden cardiac arrest, airway emergencies and life threatening illnesses).

- Any employee can attend this course. Participent must be 16 years old and over.

- Preparing to Respond & Prevention of Disease Transmission
- Check, Call, Care (Primary Survey)
- Minor Wound Care
- WorkSafe BC Reports & Paperwork
- Airway and breathing emergencies and management - Choking, Allergies, Asthma, Hyperventilation
- Circulation emergencies management - Angina, Heart attack, Stroke, Severe bleeding
- Sudden medical conditions- Diabetes, Seizure, Fainting
